Access the LandRequest.FP3 Database Please submitt requests for any and all new plantings or extensions. When a request is submitted to the landrequest database details about the request are automatically emailed to the submitter, the project leader, the project leader's Department Chair, the Assistant Director, the FRU Unit Leader, and the Plantings Work Group Chair. Depending on the type of request and the stage of the approval process additional emails are automatically sent asking administrators to complete the next step of the process. Emails are sent to all stakeholders as each stage of the approval process is completed. This process does not replace a workorder. When approval is received you must submit workorders for each FRU operation. In general FRU requests 35 foot setbacks on plot ends and 15 foot setbacks on plot sides but each plot will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
